Research/planning

Central Intelligence was a great movie to watch. This movie actually started out a whole lot different then the other films I researched on. There was no action scenes at all in the first two minutes of the film. The movie started out as if it was past tense, and giving a flashback of the main characters experience in high school. The one guy that was really big was made fun of in front of the entire school. The other character was the most popular Jock who everyone loved. This scene did not give the main setting of the movie or really set the tone for what it's going to be about. However, It was very smart of the film writer, because the opening scene revealed who the characters were and how their personalities are. For instance, Kevin Heart's character is really kind and caring. No matter how much attention he get's or how many people love him, he still doesn't agree with making fun of others or putting people down. Starting the film off with a flashback, is a great film strategy, so the audience can get the gist on where the characters or coming from, or how they have changed from the pass. The budget of this movie was $50 million, and the total profit made from this movie was $217 million.
